3) Our process

How your aluminum print is made

  1. Image preparation. Your photograph is carefully color-corrected and optimized for ChromaLuxe dye infusion.
  2. Dye sublimation. Using heat and pressure, dyes are infused directly into the aluminum panel for unmatched vibrancy and detail.
  3. Protective coating. A clear coating seals in color, adds durability and provides a beautiful finish.
  4. Gator Board mounting. Each print is permanently mounted to a lightweight Gator Board backing for strength, stability and easy hanging.
  5. Finished print. Your metal print is quality-inspected and carefully packaged, ready to enjoy for a lifetime.
